REFUND POLICY

Marton Brothers LLC - "BAAD RACING™", and its affiliates, successors and assigns (collectively, “we,” “our” or “us”) henceforth in regards to our shipping and refund policies. By using or accessing our Products and or Service, you signify your agreement to be bound by this Refund Policy.

• All of our RC items are made to order and final sale. We make all of our RC items in house, we take great care to make sure all of our items ship without any manufacturing flaws, defects or scratches; are sealed and packaged for safe shipment and that all the listed hardware is included with each item if applicable.  **If you are unsure if an item will fit with your RC car, please email us MartonBros@gmail.com with your questions before you place an order. Or check our social media pages to see our parts on a variety of RC cars. 
  
  
• After you have received your items it is your responsibility to visually inspect your items for any missing parts while they remain unopened in their original clear sealed packaging within 15 days of receiving your item(s). If you find you are missing any part(s) of your item(s) please email us at Martonbros@gmail.com telling us what you are missing and include a photo of your sealed unopened item(s). We are happy to mail you out any part of your item(s) that were missing at no charge to you, if deemed a packaging error.  
  
  
• We will NOT refund your order OR ship you new parts for a lost or stolen package, Marton Brothers LLC - "BAAD RACING™" is not responsible for any errors made by our shipping providers (USPS or UPS). If your package has been lost in transit, please contact your the shipper directly to file a claim. 
  
  
• If your order gets returned to us after it had been shipped for any reason, and you decide you no longer want the order and want a refund instead. You will still be charged the non-refundable shipping price that was paid on the order at the time you placed the order, you will not be refunded the shipping cost.
  
  
• If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we will not be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If a package is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, we will not issue a refund. Once the package returns to Marton Brothers LLC - "BAAD RACING™", we will contact you for the correct address and you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges before we resend the package.
