Shipping policy

Shipping & Processing:

All of our RC items are made in the USA by us and are made to order and final sale. We take great care to make sure all of our items ship without any manufacturing flaws, defects or scratches; are sealed and packaged for safe shipment and that all the listed hardware is included with each item if applicable.  

In stock items will ship in approximately 3-5 business days which does NOT include shipping times. 
Backorder items will ship within 3-5 business days after their production is completed.
Standard production time for Backorder or Out of Stock items is two weeks or 14 business days. If you place an order for an item that is on Backorder or Out of Stock and it becomes ready to ship ahead of the production time we will sent our item out as soon as possible. If for any unforeseen reason a Backordered or Out of Stock item will no longer be available after you have placed your order we will notify you. 

All items are shipped by USPS or UPS and the choice is selected by you at checkout.
Your order will ship from Southern California.

Once your order ships, a shipping notification that includes your tracking number will be sent to you via email. 

LOST/DAMAGED BY USPS or UPS
Marton Brothers LLC - "BAAD RACING™" is not responsible for any errors made by our shipping providers (USPS or UPS). If your package has been lost in transit, please contact your the shipper directly to file a claim. 

RETURNED OR UNCLAIMED MAIL
If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we will not be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If a package is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, we will not issue a refund. Once the package returns to Marton Brothers LLC - "BAAD RACING™", we will contact you for the correct address and you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges before we resend the package. 

COUPON CODES
Coupon codes must be entered at check-out in the discount box. Once your order is placed, coupon codes cannot be applied. Only one code may be applied per purchase.
